What is TDC PriceTool?
The TDC PriceTool is an application which offers the customers of TDC Commercial & Partners the ability via self-service to obtain quotes on the product line of TDC Commercial & Partners - and make an order if one of the quotes is satisfactory.
TDC PriceTool was plugged in as a source of quotes in BOSS
Sales agents can sell faster when they have quotes by vendors in their hands - BOSS integrates with TDC PriceTool and retrieves cost prices for sales offers instantly. BOSS will then proceed to make the order to TDC.

Sales agents input sales offers in the system as part of the CRM process. As soon as the location and products are selected, BOSS immediately retrieves prices and asks for quotes from TDC, so sales agents instantly have a quote. Pairing with OpenNet, this means that in most cases sales agents will instantly have prices from all potential vendors immediately and can start negotiations with the customer.
TDC offers many different products and services. Cibicom A/S configured BOSS such that if delivery is to be done in a certain area of interest, TDC is quoted for several different products regardless of the customers’ order, and the project manager will strategically choose the most appropriate one. It may be that your company would like to have bigger speed capability in that area for potential customers, even if the current one wants smaller speed.
